Getting Started with EreDeals

How do I download the EreDeals app?

The EreDeals app is available for both iOS and Android devices. You can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store by searching for "EreDeals".

How do I create an account?

After downloading the app, open it and follow the on-screen prompts to sign up. You can register using your email address or phone number.

Is the app free to use?

Yes, the EreDeals app is completely free for consumers to download and use. You only pay for the discounted items you purchase.

Finding & Reserving Deals

How do I find deals near me?

Enable location services on your phone, and the app will automatically show you available deals from partner stores in your vicinity. You can also use the search bar or filters to find specific items or stores.

How do I reserve an item?

Once you find an item you want, tap on it to view details and then tap the "Reserve" button. Items are reserved for a limited time (e.g., 30 minutes) to allow you to complete your purchase.

Can I cancel a reservation?

Yes, you can cancel a reservation within the app before the pickup window closes. Please be mindful of other users who might want the item.

Pickup & Payment

How do I pick up my order?

After reserving and paying for your items in the app, go to the designated partner store during the specified pickup window. Show your order confirmation (usually a QR code) to the store staff.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept various secure payment methods, including credit/debit cards and mobile money options, directly within the app.

What if I miss my pickup window?

If you miss your pickup window, your reservation will be canceled, and the items will be released back to the store. Refunds for missed pickups may vary based on store policy; please check the specific deal terms.

Account Management

How do I update my profile information?

You can update your profile details, including your name, email, and payment methods, in the "Profile" or "Settings" section of the app.

How do I reset my password?

If you forget your password, tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen and follow the instructions to reset it via your registered email or phone number.
