Welcome to EreDeals Technologies Ltd. ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application (the "App") and website (the "Site"). By accessing or using the App or Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App or Site.

1. Use of the App and Site

The App and Site are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. All users who are minors in the jurisdiction in which they reside (generally under the age of 18) must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, their parent or guardian to use the App or Site. If you are a minor, you must have your parent or guardian read and agree to these Terms prior to you using the App or Site.

You agree to use the App and Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the App or Site.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your password.

3. Purchases and Payments

When you make a purchase through the App, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the App and Site are our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the App and Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the App or Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the App and Site available. The App or Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

• Systematically retrieve data or other content from the App or Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
• Make any unauthorized use of the App or Site, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretenses.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the App or Site or the networks or services connected to the App or Site.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App or Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
